Am închiriat un VW Polo. Mașina era nouă, 27.000 km la bord, curată și confortabilă. Lucrurile sunt foarte utile și profesioniste. Cu siguranta voi inchiria din nou anul viitor de la ei, cand voi fi in Targu Mures.

Amabilitatea, competența și seriozitatea sunt prioritățile de top la Oltea. Am fost preluați la timp din Sibiu și duși la Sighișoara. Am fost foarte multumiti de masina; returnarea a mers fără probleme și ne-am primit depozitul înapoi în întregime. Asta nu se poate spune despre alte companii dubioase! Vă mulțumim și vom închiria mereu mașini din Oltea!

Experiență extraordinară de la început până la sfârșit! Am închiriat un VW Golf — mașina era în stare excelentă, curată și fiabilă. A fost a treia oară când am folosit serviciile lor și de fiecare dată a fost fără probleme, profesionale și fără stres. Personalul este prietenos și eficient, iar întregul proces este rapid și ușor. Cu siguranță îi vom alege din nou în următoarea noastră călătorie acasă. Foarte recomandat!

În ciuda ușoarei confuzii la sosire, personalul de la fața locului a fost foarte prietenos, politicos și de ajutor. Personalul vorbitor de limba germană de la compania de închirieri auto a făcut mobilă șederea noastră scurtă în România. Masina era in stare perfecta si curata. A existat un contract cu factura, predarea si livrarea au decurs fara probleme. Din nou bucuros. Nu pot decât să o recomand cu căldură.

Servicii excelente, l-as recomanda oricui! Am comandat un VW Polo la aeroport, mașina era perfectă, doamna chiar m-a așteptat la intrarea în aeroport ținând o hârtie cu numele meu scris pe ea.
Când am dat mașina înapoi, totul a mers conform contractului, nu erau „zonă gri” sau „condiții ascunse”.

Pe scurt sa va spun angajatii sunt foarte primitori si de treaba,nicio problema nu am avut cu masina pe care am inchiriat-o recent,recomand cu incredere!

Great company to deal with, no issues, customer service is excellent! The cars are almost new, very clean! Will definitely rent another car soon from them and recommend to all my friends to use Oltea rent a car from Targu Mures!
We’ve been renting one of their cars and it has made our journey much easier and pleasant. They offer us a lot of support and help. Most of their cars are new with impressive features at such low prices and they are helpful and friendly people, which can be trusted with your money and their contracts.
Excellent and friendly service. My friend was delayed and they even drove me from the airport to the city to an easier meeting point. Car was great and the whole process was clear and simple. I would definitely use this rental service again.
My parents rented an Audi Q5 from July 18 to Aug 5 - they had a wonderful experience. The owner and his family was extremely helpful and accommodating considering they arrived from Canada with a delayed flight. Easy pick-up and drop-off - very happy with the service. I highly recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience with Oltea Rent a Car in Târgu-Mureș. The customer service was extremely poor, and the manager's attitude was incredibly rude. One of the biggest issues was the hidden details in the contract, like the 200km/day limit. While this is mentioned in the contract, there's no information about it on their website. This leaves you with no choice when you arrive and have to sign the contract, as you likely haven't made alternative arrangements. It feels very much like a bait-and-switch tactic.
Additionally, the manager gets visibly irritated when you ask about specific car types or classes. Regardless of what you choose initially, you end up getting whatever car he decides to give you when you arrive. It's clear that this man does not understand that rental cars will naturally accumulate mileage and experience wear and tear. He seems to think he's running a showroom, not a car rental business. The expectation to return a car with the same or minimum amount of km on the clock is absurd.
My advice is to stay away and use alternative car rental businesses. The local ones at the airport offer cheaper cars with less hassle and unlimited km. I will certainly never rent from Oltea Rent a Car again.

Good treatment and without any problems, they speak a little in Spanish and the only thing you have to bring is cash for the deposit, then they return it to you as is.
The most reliable never the same car always new , clean you can’t find a fault will always find the best solution for your needs lots of cars to choose of .Airport transport regardless if the plane is late they will wait for you still with a smile .

A smooth transaction, no issues with the car, the deposit-(paid in cash) has been returned fully (as long as you don't do any damage to the car, that is).
Definitely will use their services again.

I always rent the cars from Oltea, whenever I travel to Romania from the UK, on my business, and family trips. This year alone I've rented three times, and I estimate I'll have at least four more trips until the end of the year. The cars are new, well taken care of, and they have a great variety available. Quality, professional service!
